Easy Bite began with three sisters and more than twenty years at the oven in Nigeria, where our family bakery fed a whole neighbourhood before sunrise. Those recipes travelled with us.

When we settled in Birmingham we could not find the bread we grew up with, the soft family loaf that makes breakfast feel like home, the roll bread, the meat pies and sausage rolls that turn up at every naming ceremony and party. So we started baking it ourselves.

Today we bake fresh from Miller Street in Aston for households, corner shops, supermarkets, cafés and caterers right across the West Midlands, and we post nationwide. Same care, same recipes, same promise. Yummy in your tummy.
