Terms, delivery & cancellation

Who you are buying from

EASY BITE GROUP LTD, company number 17428084, trading as Easy Bite Bakery, of 13 Miller Street, Birmingham, B6 4NG. Email enquiries@easybitebakery.com. A phone number is published on our contact details as soon as our order line is live. All contracts are concluded in English.

How an order is placed

1. You choose products and quantities and add them to your basket.
2. You submit a pre-order with your contact and, for delivery, your full address. The minimum order is 20 items.
3. Before you submit you can change any quantity or remove any item, and you can go back and correct any typed detail.
4. We email you a confirmation containing the full order, the price, our terms, the allergen sheet and the collection address. That email is your durable record of the contract; we also file a copy.

Prices and VAT

All prices shown include VAT where it applies. Most of our bread and cakes are zero-rated for VAT; hot or specifically standard-rated items show the VAT-inclusive price. Delivery charges are shown separately before you submit an order.

Delivery

• Birmingham (B postcodes): £2.99, next-day on our bake days.
• Wolverhampton, Dudley, Tipton, Sandwell and Walsall: £4.99, on set weekly days.
• Coventry: £4.99, Saturdays.
• UK postal delivery: available on request for frozen orders.
• Collection from 13 Miller Street, Birmingham, B6 4NG: free.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing we deliver within 5 working days of confirming your order, and never later than 30 days. We will contact you with a delivery window the day before. Collection is available monday to saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm; sunday, Closed.

Cancellation

Because our products are perishable food, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply. This does not affect your legal rights if goods arrive damaged, late, or not as described. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us before we begin baking and we will do everything we reasonably can to help.

Complaints

Email enquiries@easybitebakery.com or write to the Complaints Manager, EASY BITE GROUP LTD, 13 Miller Street, Birmingham, B6 4NG. We acknowledge every complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within five. Where something is wrong with your order we will replace it or refund it in full.

Allergens and food safety

Allergen information for every product is published on each product page and in the full allergen matrix. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens and equipment is shared, so we cannot guarantee any product is free from traces. Storage, date marking and cooking instructions are printed on the pack.
