Easy Bite began long before the first loaf was baked in Birmingham.

For more than two decades, our family has been baking bread, serving communities, and building food businesses that people trust. What started as a local bakery in Nigeria grew into a business known for quality, consistency, and products that became part of everyday life for thousands of families.

Over the years, we learned something simple but powerful: food is more than what we eat. It is comfort. It is family. It is home.

When we moved to the United Kingdom, we noticed something missing. Many Nigerians and Africans longed for the rich, satisfying bread they grew up with. The bread that made breakfast special. The bread that filled lunch boxes. The bread that brought families together around the table. While there were many options available, few truly captured the taste, texture, and experience people remembered.

That is why Easy Bite was created.

Our mission is simple: to bring authentic Nigerian bakery favourites to the UK while maintaining the quality, care, and consistency that made our products loved for generations.
