Easy Bite began long before the first loaf was baked in Birmingham. It began in a family kitchen in Nigeria, with flour on our hands, three sisters side by side, and a belief that bread should taste like home.
For more than two decades, our family has been baking bread, serving communities, and building food businesses that people trust. From farming to food production, retail to hospitality, our family business spans the whole journey from farm to table - and that understanding of quality at every stage is baked into every loaf we make.
Two decades at the oven
What started as a local bakery in Nigeria grew into a business known for quality, consistency, and bread that became part of everyday life for thousands of families. Mornings began before dawn, and the smell of the first bake told the whole street the day had started.
Food is family
Over the years we learned something simple but powerful: food is more than what we eat. It is comfort. It is family. It is home. Every recipe we still use today was shaped at that table, refined through years of feeding the people we love.
A taste that was missing
When we moved to the United Kingdom, we noticed something missing. Many Nigerians and Africans longed for the rich, satisfying bread they grew up with - the bread that made breakfast special, filled lunch boxes, and brought families together. Few options truly captured the taste, texture, and experience people remembered.
Easy Bite is born
So we built it ourselves. Our mission is simple: to bring authentic Nigerian bakery favourites to the UK while keeping the quality, care, and consistency that made our products loved for generations. Today we serve households, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and communities across the UK.
